MY FATHER HAS BOOKED THE BYKE BY TRAIN FROM AHMEDABAD ON 06.08.2013 AND COURIERED THE RR BY SPPEDPOST WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON 12.08.2013 AND WHEN I WENT FOR DELIVERY OF BYKE ON 14TH AUGUST MORNING RAILWAY DEPT HAS CHARGED ME RS. 1000 AS DEMURRAGE FOR BYKE. NOW TELL ME ALL GOVT DEPT HAS INVOLVED THAT IS SPPED POST & RAILWAY AND WE HAVE TO BARE THE DEMURRAGE. NOBODY IS LISTENING ANY PROBLEM OF CONSUMERS. EVEN OFFICERS OF RAILWAY IS NOT READY TO LISTEN THE REASON. THEY TOLD ME CLEARLY THAT IF YOU WANT THE MOTOR CYCLE YOU HAVE TO PAY THE DEMMURAGE FIRST. IHAVE SHOWN THE COVER OF SPEED POST AND DATE OF DELIVERY ON THAT EVEN THEY ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN.

I have booked my house hold articles & Activa Scooter/wet grinder vide way bill no [protected] dt 12/04/2014 from Kota to Aurangabad (AWB). When I booked checked with booking clerk it will be reaching Aurangabad in couple of days but till date when I contacted Aurangabad parcel office the parcel not yet reached Aurangabad and when we check with them about approximate date of parcel reaching Aurangabad they are not telling us /rather giving correct information and they are telling us to find out from Kota whether they have sent or not if the parcel is sent which date/train no. But we don't have the Kota parcel office contact no.
Please help me in giving the Kota parcel office no. and if possible give the correct information regarding whether the parcel sent or not
