[Resolved]  Railway Reservation — regarding refund of my ticket balance

I have booked a ticket 3 months ago ( 18.02.2009 ) whose PNR No. is [protected] . But due to some of my personal problems i couldn't travell . Then, I have filled the TDR ( 20.02.2009) . I have asked the customer support officer they have told me that i get your refund within 60 days ( minimum time ) or 90 days ( maximum time ) . But i can't get my refund till now ( 29.02.2009 ).
