[Resolved] Railway Reservation — regarding refund of my ticket balance | |
I have booked a ticket 3 months ago ( 18.02.2009 ) whose PNR No. is [protected] . But due to some of my personal problems i couldn't travell . Then, I have filled the TDR ( 20.02.2009) . I have asked the customer support officer they have told me that i get your refund within 60 days ( minimum time ) or 90 days ( maximum time ) . But i can't get my refund till now ( 29.02.2009 ). I am attaching a copy of my reservation ticket. I am waiting for your kind response. Railway — Regarding reservation of ticket
Today afternoon I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.inPayment was made thru SBI debit/ ATM online site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come till now.I tried calling up all the numbers given in irctc.co.in and also mailed multiple times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but havent received any response till now
