[Resolved] Railway Ticket — amount debited but ticket not booked. | |||
Sir, I booked a ticket on 12 Apr. Date of journey is 16 May 2010. Train number is 2636. Name of train is Vaigai. Class Second sitting. Journey fromMadurai (MDU) to Chennai Egmore( MS) After making payment through SBI ATM cum debit card ticket not booked due to server problem.I read the message in system that error 500- Internal server error fromRFC. The server encountered an unexpeted condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request, Amt Rs 574/- debited from SBI account No[protected]. Due to faileure in booking, I tried again and booked ticket on the same day for which I have made the payment through SBI ATM cum debit card. Amt 574 debited seperately. Booked the ticket. Railway Ticket — Refund made but not debited
Ref.: Trans ID [protected].Payment of Rs.1366/- (One thousand three hundred sixty-six) only has been deducted from the bank acoount in the process of purchasing railway ticket on 08/4/2010. Owng to some techincal failure the tickect could not be reserved and purchased.
According to refund history in the user site, this is shown that the refund has been approved and returned to the bank a/c. But on verification the a/c balance the said deducted amount of Rs.1366/- has not yet been credited.
What should I do to get back my money?
