I book my ticket 15 days before from Baroda to Shirdi on 27th Feb 2009
2 days before Raj travel cancel his Bus because of less number of seats books for shirdi
They give us wrong statement that bus is brake down so its cancel.
They told me on 25th Feb 2009 that they will refund money back in 2 days time.
Because i booked my ticekt from Singapore i said ok because i am only available for 2 days only after that i have return flight to Singapore.
Today is 10 March which is more then 16 Days and daily i am calling from Singapore to give my money back but they are telling that they dont have sufficient fund to give me.
This is really cheating case to take customer money and not giving back to customer
When i call Mumbai office Mr Tajesh Popat, He told me on 9th March that with in 10 min he will call me but still he didnt call me.
I am highly frastrated and dis satisfied with Raj Travel booking system
I want to take this issue and put in consumer court so i will get my refund back

Regarding Money BackI book my ticket 3 weeks back Ahmadabad to Bangalore 28th Dec 2009 on Indgo flight service.
I have booked ticket on net banking. I haven't got any confirmation of the booking. I called them for confirming booking status. As per them booking is not done and money was dedected from my account. They said that they will return my money by two days time.
i called them more then 10 times but till now i haven't get my money back.
This is really cheating case to take customer money and not giving back to customer

I want to take this issue and put in consumer court so i will get my refund back
