Raj Travels — Refund of money

I have booked 3tickets of volvo through your prestigious company online for 27 june 2009 from bombay to shirdi and for 29 june from shirdi to bombay.When i reached bombay with my wife and 4yr old kid, we were shocked to know that there is no such bus service from past few months.This is an act of complete mismanagement and irresponsibility on the part of such a well established travel agency.kindly refund the money which was paid through credit card as soon as possible.PNR NO.-00IW57
