I have purchased one saree on 04/01/2012 for Rs. 1,500/- and i had told them to courier it to Mumbai.
At the time of Purchase they told me that if you returned it within 60 days of purchase we will refund full invoice amount to you.
I have made registered return parcel on 25/01/2012 but they have rejected it.
When i Call them for reason for returning they told me that we will not take the goods.
I mail the complaint on their email id but they told that it is not in our jurisdiction.
Please help me to resolved the issue.
