Dear Sir,

I have logded a complaint for the wrong debit from my account. I have mailed on 12th April. I have got 2 phone calls from ICICI Bank that Punjab National Bank is not claiming the amount from us. They have directed me to contact PNB again so that they can claim the amount.

I have checked with the ATM concerned that maximum Rs 4000 can be withdrwan from that ATM. You have debited Rs 5000 , Rs 5000 and Rs 8000 on 24th Feb 2010 wrongly and may be fruadently.

You are forcing me to complaint to banking ombudsman. If my wrongly debited amount which Rs 18000/- is not credited within 3 days then I have no option but to approach the court. I am going to file FIR for forgery etc to recover my amount with Interest.

May good sense previals you and you also act like ICICI Bank and solve my issue.

Dear Sir,

I am maintaing saving bank A/c no [protected] at Naraina Vihar branch, New Delhi. I am holding Debit card no [protected].

On 24th Feb 2010 I tried to withdraw Rs 15000 /- from ATM of ICICI Bank, Shimla Pahari Chowk, Hoshiarpur, Punjab at about 08:00 P.M but my request was declined as I can not withdraw more than Rs 10000/- from that ATM. Hence no receipt came out, out of the ATM.

But I was shocked to see the balance when I withdraw Rs 200 /- on 27th Feb 2010 from SBI ATM near Green view park, Hoshiarpur Punjab. The statement showed that I have withdraw Rs 5000 /-on 24th Feb 2010 from ATM, then again on 24th Feb 2010 Rs 5000/- from the ATM and on the same day i.e 24th Feb 2010 Rs 8000 from the ATM.

Whereas all the ATM withdraws of Rs 5000/-, Rs 5000/- and Rs 8000/- was not withdraw by me. It was wrongly debited my account. The total amount wrongly debited Rs 18000/-.

I have visited my branch so many times and given them the written compaint but the branch manager and the concerned officer did not listen to me. I have come from Hosiarpur to delhi so many times only for this purpose. It seems that branch officials are incomplitent, Rude, non cooperative.

Please credit my account by Rs 18000/- immidetely otherwise I will be forced to take civil as well as criminal actions against PNB officials and ICICI officials also.
