[Resolved]  Rajnigandha Pan Masala — over cost

every time when government declared to close pan masala and gutkha's from market..
than after all distributor and retailers take more price over the mrp price just called black market raise..even they did not give to a bill for that types of product.
Is this our " lokshahi" system?????
no body take a action against this types of market activity.
