[Resolved]  Raka Gas Agency Chinchwad — No Gas Supply After 15 days of Booking

Hi,
I don't know whether Bharat Gas Service has stopped delivering the Cylinder at home. Official pleas let me know if that is the case.
Because since last three months i am experiencing this. The cylinders are are not delivered even if i book it for 10-15 days in advance.
Today 18th Feb 2012 was same situation, they did deliver the same after 14 days.

When i went there and asked when will get delivered.
I got the answer it may take another week or so.
When i asked, whether i can take it by my own.
They said "YES", and i paid the money brought the cylinder.

I wonder if they can give me cylinder if i pay and take, then what is the issue in delivering the same to home.

Concern people take note of it and take corrective action, before we start searching different vendor or option(I already started searching options of pipeline gas for whole of the society).
