I have been using Sony LCD MODEL- KLY 40BX 400 – 40” since last around 8 months, though it was working ever good but unfortunately last week it lost partially display automatically. As I made the purchase for the same article in 10th April 2010 only, so any kind of repairing comes under warranty for this LCD.
In same regard I made a twice compliant on toll free no. to costumer care and the complaint no. is 6699970 dt 3.1.2011 and 6729571 dt 08.01.2011 . On behalf of complaint one of your service engineers from Modern Electronics, Sector 34, Chandigarh visited my home and explored the device, finally he denies to cover the loss under warranty, says if we wish to get our LCD repaired, have to beer all expenses.
This really wonders if such a big brand does not bother the valuable client’s favour though it was genuine demand to ask you people to compensate my loss with committed warranty.
I want you people to understand my point and give me warranty cover for the required repairing stuffs otherwise I shall have to take help of consumer forum finally.
