DEAR SIR,

I dinesh bhai shantilal trivedi i am 61 years old man and i have medicliam policy in RAKSHA TPA. My policy number is 130400/34/08/87/00000234 and my member id is NS907031JWSL. Before six month's my wife was admited in ahmedbad gyatri hospital. after tretment i am submited all document in ahmedabd office thorw pragnesh joshi. and after six month's they say's your file is colsed bocoz you are not replay to our letter. till date not even singal letter i got. and what i have to do i don't no plz do something sir.
