DEAR SIR, I DINESH S. TRIVEDI MY AGE IS 60 YRS. I HAVE COMPLAIN AGINST RAKSHA TPA. I HAVE JOINT ACCOUNT WITH MY WIFE POLICY IN RAKSHA TPA. MY WIFE WAS ADMIITED IN KARNAWATI HOSPITAL AT AHMEDABAD DATE OF 7 - MARCH -2008 AND MY MEMBER ID IS . "BNJWSL04836" . AFTER FEW DAY'S THERE ARE SENDED ONE LETTER REQUST THEY WANT A SOME DOUCMENT .WHEN SENDED LETTER THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER LETTER AND REQUST FOR ALL PAST DOCUMENT AND HOSPTLIZTION LETTER AND OTHER DOCUMENT. MY CLAIM AMOUNT IS 98, 000/- AND THEY ARE WRITE IN LETTER 39, 000/- AFTER FEW DAY'S THEY ARE GIVE ONE ANTOHER LETTER YOUR FILE IS COLSED THEY CAN'T REPLY PROPRLY AND MY AGENT IS ALSO NO SUPPORT US PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL TAKE SOME STRICK ACTION AGINST THIS COMPANY . While settling for lower amount of Rs.39000/- as against the claim amt of Rs.98000/- they must have given the reason for it and so also in case of closing the file.
If not, he can always lodge a complaint with Ombudsman's office.
Unless insurance co's letter are seen, nothing can be said for sure but apparently rejection seems to be unjustifiable.
