Police Complain against theft of mobile & cash

Dear Sir/Madam

This is with reference to above subject, i have given police complain to Kandivli Police station towards theft of mobile and cash from my house on dtd.23/05/2012, but there their official has not to intend any interest to take a complain, they said in hindi " JAB CHORI HO RAHI THI TO GHODA BECH KE SO RAHA THA KYA? AB KUCH NAHI MILANE WALA!

After long time requesting they have submitted my letter but not assured for any action for that,
Please help in this regard
