[Resolved]  Rao IIT Academy — Refund of Fee

Respected Sir/Mam,

Myself Ved Parkash Mahajan, Resident of Karsog Distt. Mandi Himachal Pradesh - 175011
My son Shubham Mahajan took admission in Rao IIT Academy kota under Target Batch (L1) for session[protected] with Roll no . - 3300069.
He has joined the institute on 28/06/2011 with fee details as mentioned below:
1. Hosted Fee Rs. 40,000 vide cheque no. 6990445 dated 27/06/2011
2. Institution Fee 1st installment Rs. 40,000 vide cheque no. 639998 dated 27/06/2011
3. Hostel Security Rs. 2,000 Cash
4. Library Security Rs. 1,000 Cash (Library Card no. TAR/454/[protected]

But due to health issues he was only able to attend classes till 12 days excluding medical leave .
He has left the institution for his medical treatment on 19/07/2011

I requested them for refund of the above fee according to their norms, in which we have only received Rs. 24,000 as refund of the hostel fee.About the fee regarding tuition they ensure that they will refund it.Then after contacting them telephonic-ally again and again and because of there ignorance about this subject we send them the legal notice of seven day dated[protected], attached acknowledgement card with the registry.
But we didn't received any reply or information about this notice from them.
so now after all these things i just want to drag this to consumer court.
I am attaching all the details that i have mentioned in my complaint as a scanned copies.
Please help me and kindly guide me what we can do further so that we can get our money back.
