i have my flat in RASHMI GARDEN 'E' wing 101 evershine city vasai east.i have purchased my flat in 2009 but till date my flat contruction work is not
complited.i have paid all cost of my flat including society n service tax before the due date.Can u pls help me to get my work done n punnish this people .
