Dear Concern,
This is regarding the beauty package taken from bodyline tilak nagar,new delhi where me and my aunt took the beauty package wherein noone mentioned the time limit for the services to be availed.The package was taken around[protected] and while upgrading the beauty service package Ms.Ekta mentioned us clearly that the package has no time limit and me and my aunt was using the services till april-2012and suddenly they stopped the services saying that our validity has expired,if such package was bound with the one year validity then why it exceeded 2yrs and on calling Ms.Sunita,Ms.Sangita and Ms.Sarita they assured me that the things will be sorted and they will call me but till date no response.I have paid more than Rs.15000 for availing services and they cant stop services without informing and clarifying things.We request you to look into the matter and revert on urgent basis.
