Flat allotement

Dear Sir,

I had booked the flat in January 2010 @ rashmi star complex at Mira Road and builder had agreed on flat allotment by lucky draw on 1 May 2010, but still Builder had not allotted the flat to me.

Please do the justice.

if any body booked flat in star complex, near GCC club, please send me mail on ns.taori@gmail.com..i am the one who is suffering form fraud builder.
