RATAN ENTERPRISES — Delay in supply
My name is Ritesh Bhambhani and I have a Gas connection (Bharat Gas) with Ratan Enterprises in Pune.I would like to bring to your notice that they have a laid back approach in serving their customers. In spite of booking the refills more than a month in advance, they will make sure you dont get it in time. Following this when I called up to enquire regarding the same, first out of almost 10 connections not even a single one was answered. By gods grace once when they answered I was promised that the supply will be made in 48 hrs. By now it was almost a month that i had booked a refill. Still when I dint get the supply of the cylinder I called up again, and this time I was told I never booked a refill. On asking them for the Head Office number in Pune, I was told, there isnt any head office in Pune, agreed, I then asked for a higher authority in the same office and I was told "idhar koi bada sahab nahi baithta"
I have been trying to complain against them for about 8 months now but unfortunately no action is taken. I hope registering a complain here would make our lives a little easier because even after paying for what you want, you are made to feel like a beggar. It is really annoying and frustrating that the quality of service of such big organisations is so poor and pathetic. It has become an every day story now.
