Experienced one of the worsest customer service at Rathna Fan House. One Mr. Perumal at the billing counter treated me pretty badly and behaved like rogue to be frank. He even shouted and was challenging me to do anything against him due to his behavior when i said to him that i will talk to your higher authority.
That was one of the bad days in shopping. I will never visit Rathna Fan House henceforth. You too if you need good shopping experience never visit Rathna Fan House in T. Nagar.
RATHNA FAN HOUSE IS VERY WORST SHOP[ WHO NEVER KJNOES THE VALUE OF CUSTOMERS I BOUGHT HITACHI AC OM 3/06/2010 BY PAYING IMMEDIATE CASH 35000.THEY TOLD THEY WILL DELIVER NEXT DAY.BUT THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED AND I CALLED TEN TIMES TO SHOP THEY TOLD IT WILL COME BY 8O FINALLY THEN I CALLED 8o AND ASKED THEN THEY TOLD IT WILL COME 2MW BUT STILL AC NOT DELIVERED AND ALL ILLITERATE LOCAL SLUMS ONLY WORKING THERE I AM VERY AFRAID TO SPEAK WITH THEM AND ALL THGE PEOPLE WHO SPOKE WITH ME IN PHONE WAS ILLITERATE IF NEED SATISFACTION NEVER GO RATHNA FAN HOUSE CHEAPEST AND WORST PLACE IN CHENNAI.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.TODAY IS 05/06/2010 STILL AC NOT DELIVERED AND I AM GETTING INSULT FROM THOSE WORKERS PLEASE YOU ALSO DONT BE IN MY SITUATION.
The RATHNA STORE (FIRM) located at T.Nagar the shop manager MANOHAR, SHOP [WHO NEVER GIVE THE VALUE RESPECT OF CUSTOMERS). I bought the bed and wardrobe the cost is Rs50, 000/. They delivered are not delivered thing on time when I asked them no proper response when I called thru mobile they never give proper answer, this is our bitter experience in RATHNA STORE (FIRM). Dear public please don’t go and buy anything in RATHNA STORE (FIRM) and their groups. If you visit and buy something surly one of you need s to share the same kind of issue to public. i have purchased wardrobe, mixy, grinder, fridge, washing machine and some utensils on a single day
the told me to deliver the things my evening.
but i didnt get any information about the things till nite 12.00o clock
i tried their number so many times and i am tired. i received a call from them on midnite 1.10
they told me that he ill deliver within ten mins. and they deliver at 2.45am with a broken utensil.
whole nite my family didnt sleep including my 6 months baby.
and they didnt believe the utensil was broken. the way of talking is worst.
i am very upset. friends try to avoid ratna stores. even dont think about it.
Hey, you are absolutely right. If a customer wants a good service and humanly treatment, he should never visit Rathna Fan House. If you want your A/C to be delivered, you need to call atleast 15-20 times for one week. Never visit Rathna Fan House just for the sake of few hundred rupess less than other dealers because treatment is more important than few hundres of ruppes that we can save. I strongly recommend customers not to visit Rathna Fan House for any purchases.
I purchased Daikin A/c from rathna fan house and there was some delay in delivery of the same. Mr. Vijay, owner is a very nice person and he helped delivery immediate. I think because of season, A/c are in demand and i think it should happen with every dealer. I dont think rathna fan house can be blamed for it. Only when we are into that business, we can know their problems
I second Visha's comments... Rathna Fan house is the worst place to visit if your are looking to buy ACs or fans. They really do not know the meaning of what 'customer service' is. I agree that they have good display of ACs brand wise and demonstrations. However, once you buy the AC you are at their mercy.
They do not keep up the delivery and installation dates that they agreed when you buy nor they attend phone calls/ answer your queries. This is the worst customer support i have ever received in Chennai. Everytime i visit them for an update on my ACs delivery I have been humiliated. Its almost 10 days since I paid Rs. 35K and still I havent got my AC.
I bought Voltas from Ratna stores in December 2011 and it has a repair just in four months of purchase. The rite aircons(service center) people blaming ratna that they may have given the old stock. Its 15 days since the complain has been registered. Yet they haven't attended to. In my case, its rathna fan house people, rite aircons people and voltas who need to be blamed.

ALL are cheating the poor people easiily that store. Sales person and manager dont have any knowlegde of AC and other products... My Experinice was very bad with that store.. I bought one ac in that store sales person this is good model and i booked and went... they sending voltas AC as Second hand piece without Fully Cealed and It was opened... I asked that man he said it was new..i lorry it was teared... They are planned and working with ceat the people...
If any people dont know any knowledge of AC tat all .. he put money in Dustbin...
If people who have more money if u want to waste money .. Best place u go Ratna Fan house..
AS ur friends pls dont go there and Give a good chance to other dealer who perform well, , , at least that company will give good service and Price to all people... robbers
They don't keep up to the commitments. They have taken the old a/c and window is left open. Burglars can come and attack as the new a/c not fixed. No response - in fact I asked for phone numbers and they gave the numbers yesterday ..none of them working. Phone switched off... Don't buy anything from this place.
