Dear Sir/Madam,
I have shifted from Mohali to Kharar in the month of February since then we have been trying to get our ration card changed , but we have not been able to acquire the letter from the ration shop of phase 2 mohali as he never opens the shop .I have been regularly visiting his shop but he has not mentioned any time that when he will open his shop and neither he has mention his address or contact no so he can be contacted. Please is there any way that i can get new ration card as i have been suffering alot as without address proof i cannot apply for anything. Even in coming month i have to apply fro UID which won't be possible without address proof. please help
