[Resolved]  RATNA GAS AGENCY KUKATPALLY HYDERABAD — subsidy amount not transferred

Dear Sir, This is in regard to the subsidy amount not transferred to my account. Following are my account details. Consumer Number: 662676 Bill No:116490 dated 03/09/2013. We have submitted the aadhar card details nearly six months ago. after recieving 3 refills how come my fourth refill says me that i havent submitted my aadhar details. where will the subsidy amount goes if there is a problem with the bank. we are supposed to get the amount back once the details are not submitted with the bank. kindly look into this and do the needfull. looking for your co operation thanks, KS Rao
