[Resolved]  RCM Business — Poor Customer Care Service

Hi,
Meri samasya ye hai ki Customer Care se kabhi bhi uchit jawaab nahi milta. Jabki Cust Care ek company ka aayna (mirror) hota hai.
waise is business k muqable duniya me koi aur business nahi hai.


Isliye Customer CARE me sudhaar ki ati avashakta hai.
agar koi TCC ji ko bata sake to kuch ho sakta hai.

you people have not done a simple address verification for the last 2 weeks and how dare you cut my outgoing? If my issue is not resolved by tomorrow 12pm , i'm cancelling your lousy incompetent pathetic service.. i have so many better options like going to hutch, bsnl or reliance...

I have talked to the following floor managers - hamsa, pavana kumari, sashitha, and if they dont resolve my issue by t'row, i'm cancelling my account.. i want to talk to srikanth (manager) or one of your other senior managers before i cancel the account... why are they hiding from me? and i will make sure airtel can never set up a stall in my corporate organization..

i'm on the verge of going to consumer court to sue you guys off, if you dont resolve this issue within 24 hours!

i will forward this mail to all my colleagues in the I.T. sector and make sure no one takes up airtel connection..

I totally agree with you. In fact there are 2 customer nos. +[protected]For Hindi) and +[protected]For English). First of all these are land lines. You can not add 91 to call these numbers. And they have omited 0 in std code. The STD code should read 01482. This is a stupid mistake and has been on display on the RCM website for very longtime.

My experience is that when I call the number for which English mentioned I get reply as there is no agent available, please call later. The one in hindi No one speaks after lifting the receiver. Is this the right attitude of customer care personnel. These people are getting paid to answer the customer's queries. I don't know whether Mr. Trilokchandra really cares about his customers or not. But I am sure that the attitude of the customer care reflects the attitude of the management.

Even the mails sent to [protected]@rcmbusiness.com do not get any replies. I believe that so called top achievers of RCM business may paid actors of the company who perform on stage at the organized events. If not so, then I invite them for an open discussion. If the RCM really dares to answer all the question of its distributors, let them throw open all the management personnel contact numbers and email ids. I also welcome them to launch a discussion forum on their website.

Above all I ask them to maintain their website in proper condition and accessible 24/7 without getting server side errors.

If that is done, then I call it good RCM until then IT BAD RCM.
