[Resolved] Sun Direct Dish TV — Re-alignment of Dish to get subscribed channels | |||
I am a user of sun direct for last two years. My smart card no is[protected]R. I am not getting all the channels paid for and the first complaint was made to SUN DIRECT EXECUTIVE on the 6th September, 2010 for dish re-alignment verbally over phone on their number 39407575 wherein their server was down and I could not get a complaint Number. Then onwards every time the answer is their technical staff will get in touch with us within 24 hours. THREE months passed TALKING and TAKING complaint numbers from SUN DTH executives and following are some of the Names of the Executives and the Complaint Numbers given to me: Mounika – Server Down hence complaint number is not given, Esther – complaint No.[protected], Pradip kumar – complaint No.[protected], Srikanth- Server Down, Surrender –[protected] October 18th 12:20pm, Anuradha – [protected], Sravanthi – [protected], Renuka – [protected], Sangeetha-[protected], Anil Kumar- [protected] (recharge order) Sri Valli- server down, Charan Raj- server down, Lakshmi, Kumar, Nayeen, Avinash- [protected], Mujaid Hussain, Anudeep, Rama Krishna, Venkat-–[protected] October 18th 12:20pm Krishna-[protected] Rakesh-hy[protected] Shanthi- Agent Pushpa raj- Team Leader Shiva – Team Leader Naresh-Team Leader Mosin-Team Leader Chitti raju-Team Leader Prasad Reddy - Sr.Agent Habeem- Sainand Shekar SUSHMA 9-12-10 LAKSHMI 9-12-10 These Executives deny giving the Telephone numbers of their superiors or their Head Office / technical staff / distributors and every time a new customer support executive will attend the call. Please let me know why I should get a poor service for what I have paid for during the last four months. I think many people are facing the same problem. I request the authorities concerned for Consumer Complaints and take this issue very seriously for not fooling the public by giving false promises like saying 24 hrs time and not attending even after 3 months. This is for your kind notice that customer care complaint pertains to the Smart Card # [protected] has not completed from 3months time. Whereas i have been since continual followups as subjected period. Moreover for your kind notice i had recharged before 3months ago only, but from that time onwards issue a raised till time not resolved.
Note : Kindly do extend my recharge validity for the same of the breakage time

Customer service say the Server is down to issue a complaint number. Several complaints are made from last 3 months still the problem is not resolved till date. 9th December 2010

Yes I am facing the same problem from the last three months and even the nodal officer is not attending the phone calls to . I mailed the complant 2 / 3 times but their mail systems is not working and return my complants. Please suggest somebody to the further steps can be taken. in this issue.

dish — Alignment problem
My vc no. [protected] and complaint no. is 13273753. I made the complaint on 18.05.08 and after one week still my problem is not solved. Your service dealer refused to come at faridabad and asking Rs. 400 for AMC. Its very frustrating for me. I called so many times at customer care but got same answer that my problem will be solved with in 24-48 hours. But there is no response from your side.
