My name is Sylvie and I work for Reader's Digest in Customer Care.

If you are trying to find the link through a search engine (Google, Yahoo, etc.), it is possible that you will not be able to access the website to enter the contest.

To access it, click "File" then "Open" in your web browser (for example, Internet Explorer) and type the address in the space provided. Be sure to type the address in lower case as upper case may not work.

If you are using Web TV or AOL, you may be unable to access the website.

I was unable to access the site you give me.Also could not access thecode .Seeing these sites are so hard to enter why do you waste people"s timeand effort?

I finally found the site, entered the info then when it said "confirm" the following site had a "fatal eerror" which means it was useless waste of time

my self mrs.Anamika Sinha, Dwarka, New Delhi, last month i had requested for member ship of reader digest .on 7th.of this month you have sent one V.P.P NO.Y-10593 OPEN AND LOOSE CONDITION.off course i have accept this parcel after paid Rs.499/- without reader digest book. please clear it thr.mail what is this, my subscription will be start or not.

Why do you have these contests and Sylvia starts out in a negative way to tell us we might not be able to enter contest if we have Google or Yahoo. I don't have either and can't get into your contest so why do you sent this false information out in the mail. I guess I should cancel my subscription and then I wont get these useless contest entries. Is this anyway to treat your long standing customers? Audrey Bell
