[Resolved]  Reader's Digest — Issues not received on time

I 've received your contempt V.P.P packet (it includes three books only WITHOUT your checklist form/official letter/information details). Nil response. your packing is very poor (without sealed the cover). Your approach is not in right way. Totally dissatisfied- hereafter try to avoid.
My subscribed books for one year send regularly without fail.

I have already paid for my next year's subcription in september 2011, by cheque and again Reader's Digest has sent a book named Become a champion which is free of cost but the postman insited that i pay Rs.472/- and I thought it was for the book i ordered and not delivered to me and my money was refunded now the stock has come and you might have sent the same so i paid the postman and he left, on opeing the parcel i found that the book was absolutely free and another postman was at my door with the letter from Readers Digest stating that the book is free and if the subsciption for the next year is not paid we may do so, I would like to bring to your notice that had this letter being received with the parcel i would never have paid the postman the amount, it is rally disappointing of late i have had a raw deal by Reader's Digest. please refund the amount as it has been paid twice because i had called up your toll free no and they also confirmed that the amount is already paid. please also ensure that the parcel is always accompanied by your letter so the subscribers do not face inconvenience.
