Got Prize Notification for Rs18,00000

My name is Mr.james , i got a Readers Digest notice of 18 lakh or brand new honda accord , car prize claim assessment paper to my home address. I dont know what exactly this is. Can you please call me on 919895899876 or email me on shogsoft@gmail.com.
