M/s Ushodaya Costructions ltd is really very bad real eastate developer. doing a project for last three years. the progress is far from satisfactory. he will not write the details of handing over the flat in the agreement and payment details . But wisely he will collect 90% of payment.and hewill start telling sand is not availble that's why construction work is delayed.he is taking all tyhe money from the middle class people and he has invested this money in other projects. i.e purchasing land in Rajahmundry.Be careful about this developer.
