As we know that the contribution of pf of 12% of basic salary by employee and also 12% of basic by employer.Out of 12% of employer, 3.67% goes to PF and 8.33% goes to pension fund.Suppose i am leaving the current organisation and want to withdraw the pf amount.Then will i get 8.33% pension fund with 12% employee and 3.67% employer.What are the rules regaring 8.33 % pension fund.

I am looking forward for yout kind and positie response.
