[Resolved]  Recharge It Now — recharge not done money deducted twice

My self saurabh shukla . I have tried to recharge of 699 on my mobile [protected] on 3rd jan. recharge was not done but my amount have been deducted . I have tried two times and in both attempts deduction has been . when I have gone refund policy of this site method was there but after going to right method it was not working . they are not accepting my complaint .it was too irritating.
