Amount deducted but BIG TV a/c not credited

I have recharged my BIG TV a/c 200853853953 on 19.02.2012 through a website Rechargeit now.com. The transaction went successfully, amount got debited but my BIG TV account is still not credited with that money.

I have raised complaint/ticket in their website atleast 10 times. But till date niether they call me nor mail me about the problem. This website does not have contact number displayed and hence we cannot speak to them.

Is there any means for me to claim this amount.

Even i did the foolishness today (18-3-2012) by recharging my videocon dth using this site. my amount got debited but it didnt get recharged. I dono waht to do? if u found any way for it, plz let me know, my email id gobigops@gmail.com

Sir i want to inform u that my order num is A04300270410 an transaction id 693599 date 27-04-2010 in after noon 13:25pm when i recharge RS250 my mobile number 9772849620 is a company of vodaphone i do all the process and then the process is failed an then there is a option of try again and i tried again an its again failed an then i see my balance in mobile an there is no ballance of this transaction and then i see my ballance of my bank account of sbi debit card i see there is a transaction of RS250+RS250=500 is debit from my account. so i request u to refund my amount of RS500 in my sbi bank account. my register id in recharge it now is nishant_rekha@yahoo.co.in, I also filed a complaint at http://www.consumercourt.in/online-shopping/6438-recharge-now.html and even after this not get any response, I shall be highly obliged.

I have recharged my Uninor no.9058060122 on 07.06.2012 on rupees 100 & Today 08.06.2012 on rupees 100 through a website Rechargeit now.com. The transaction went successfully, amount got debited but my Uninor account is still not credited. I requested to you please credit my amount in my account.
