[Resolved] Recharge It Now.com — Payment not refunded | |||
Dear sir, I did a recharge of Rs.250 for my videocon(ID no.[protected] on 24th january,using recharge it now service,the payment from my credit card deducted but the recharge failed,soon after I got a mail from the recharge it now,that my amount will be refunded.but till date its not been reflecting in my account statement ,even after a month I am still waiting for it. Does it take one month to recharge the amount? My Name is Arun Maheshwari.
This is regarding a fraud by Website rechargeitnow.com.
I Recharged from their website My mobile for Rs.500.It was mentioned on their website that I will get Rs.500 as talktime.However I got only 406 as Talk time.
Although the amount is small but it is about principles.One or 2 other of my friends also faced this issue.
I wrote them 10-15 times that please refund me the amount but I have not received any reply till now.
They are saying contact operator.But the point is that on their website they have mentioned Rs 500 talktime in Rs 500.So
there is no question of operator here.
I recharged for 500 after viewing on their website for full talktime.
Please find attached screenshot mentioning Rs 500 talktime in Rs 500.
Kindly help me because I am fed up of this.
