RechargeItNow.com — Amount deducted(INR 555) but mobile account never got recharged. | |||
Hi, I am using rechargeitnow.com for more than 4 years now. I had recharged a Reliance GSM no. [protected] on 14th April for an amount of INR 555. Amount deducted from my bank but the number was never recharged. Details: username: agrawal.[protected]@hotmail.com subscriber ID : [protected] amount : 555 order ID : R[protected] payment gateway : PAYU transaction ID : 93848928 I had filled the complaint form on your website, also I had contacted Reliance customer care, they informed that the transaction was not successful and hence the mobile account was not recharged.Also, the representative asked me to contact rechargeitnow.com as its there fault. There is no customer care number of yours to contact. Meanwhile, I googled and found that there had been a lots of complaints against rechargeitnow.com Also, I had emailed PAYU and Reliance Communication, got a reply from PAYU . They forwarded the issue to rechargeitnow.com for necessary action but no response. I request your help and quick action on the issue. Thanks and Regards.. Reliance Mobile — Deducting amount from account
I am a Reliance CDMA prepaid customer of Bangalore. From 04/06/10 onwards every day 5 rupees were deducting from my account. I am complained to your customer care three times, according to them it was happened due to the activation of cricket pack, i didn't activated any pack. Dear Sir,
This is mubin malek From Gujrat (Kalol) i am not satisfied with reliance mobile service. last one month they daily deduct 5 Rs. Daily in my account. i discusses many time to customer care but they always say "your one of BIG FAT application is running on your mobile" i say every-time Close and stop this service.
I complaint 3 -5 time on customer care but they not give me satisfied answer all time they say it is stopped and your deduct balance is carry forward by reliance. Customer care also block my service that i am not able to talk with them. i think that reliance is best service provider i use reliance 5 years. so finally i decision that i port my reliance No. to other service provider. because they provide me good service. but i leave reliance only one reason low and poor customer service providing.
I also advice to all that never be use reliance.
