[Resolved]  RechargeItNow.com — Coupon Used but transaction failed not able to use the coupon again

I Tried Recharging my Phone on 5-3-2013 with Rs. 100 and applied 50 rs. coupon and proceeded for payment , but the transaction failed and recharge was unsuccessful due to some technical problem .
after that when i re-tried to recharge and when i applied my coupon code it always gives the error
'' Your transaction did not go through '' .

i complaint several times but no response from you guys , this was a pathetic service i have ever seen .

now please provide me back my 50 rs coupon as i need it to recharge my phone .
