Rechargeitnow.com — payment deducted, recharge failed

I have tried to recharge mobile [protected] on Thu, Nov 4, 2010 at 11:40 AM, Order Number: R[protected], Transaction Id: 0, but no recharge is done and money is not refunded. There escalation option is not working. I have have raised ticket with there contact us ontion, ticket ids are [protected], [protected], [protected], but no action is taken from there side.

I use rechargeitnow.com for recharge my mobile. On 2/2/2011 when i recharge a mobile n.[protected] of rs 50/- through net banking, Payment have deducted from my account but mobile haven't got recharged.

So pl solve my problem, all the details are as follow-

i recharged for Rs.220/- on 26.11.2011 for my mobile number [protected]. The amount of Rs.220/- is debited from my account (Federal Bank) . But till now, the amount is not recharged to my mobile please arrange to recredit the same to my account immediately R.Sreenivasan

I am Sourabh, I had Topup my BSNL no [protected] of 100 Rs on 11-oct-12..The amount was deducted from my account but I didnot receive any topup value on my phone. My bank statement shows the amount to be debited from my account.so, please refund my deducted money.

I Would like to say that on www.rechargeitnow.com i have tried to recharge my number ([protected]) and i also paid RS 333 but it has not been recharged of any amount. I would like to inform you that I have paid amount RS 333 through HDFC Netbanking on 28 Jan 2013.
