i have not received the recharge yet and not even the money in my account...in the middle of the transaction the site displays congratulations your recharge is successful and suddenly it displays the site is under maintainance we regret the incovinience...and its 1hr and i have neither received the recharge amount yet n not even the money in my account...take some strict action or else i'll take this case to the consumer forum n sue the company... my no is [protected] vodafone delhi circle
