No Refund for Failed Recharge
I tried recharging a Vodafone number with Rs. 610 on 15th November 2010.
Amount was deducted from my card but it shown recharge failure. I wonder why it failed. They should convey proper reason.
As per refund policy, failed recharges are tried again after 2 days, if it fails again, refund is provided within 7 days. Any action is intimated by email. But there was no any email. I tried contacting them through Failed Recharge subject in Contact US on website. No reply from them ,except automated reply which said " There will be delay in response, due to Diwali". I wonder how Diwali could affect in delay, as recharge is done on 15th Nov, which is about a week after Diwali. Escalation on website is not allowing submission, I don't know why.
Not replying is the worst thing. I want refund of 610 INR urgently. I will never use or recommend rechargeitnow.com henceforward. Many operators provide recharge from their official site now.
