i had attempted to recharge my dish tv connection for Rs 700 in the month of Feb 2009 through rechargeitnow.com. on 16 Feb on two occasions it gave me a message that the transaction has not been successful. however later i found that on the first attempt the cash was withdrawn form my visa credit card account and on the second attempt it was withdrawn form my icicibank net banking accoiunt. dish tv confirmed that they have received the recharge amount. repeated request for refund have only met deaf ears. the site also does not have any telephone number for contact for talking. the details for my login there are as follows

my money not refunded

I was recharge this number [protected] date10.02.2010 Rs.110+110 and 11.02.2010 Rs.110 but not sucsesful and not refunded money?

i did the recharge and the failure network my amount is deducted but my number is not recharged this happened to me 3 times.

I was recharged my mobile through net.The site is rechargenow.com
But they r mail me that the transaction is failed.My mobile was not recharged successfully
Still now i'm not getting the money back.

I have make online recharge on 30th of june using website rechargeitnow.com but recharge fails, i have make complain about this on their website 3 time, but still i have not get any responce
