Red Carpet — Non receipt of EMI

Dear Sir,
I am Not receiving my EMI since APRIl/2010. My ID No. CT 746298. Further, I do not require magazine of red carpet, hence pl. dont deduct the cost of the magazine. As i have heard before becoming the member about your good service is not reflecting .

As per recived Red Carpet SMS we send request for Refound
the Security Deposit money. But still we not recived the money.

Sir i am a customer of red carpet since 2 years.But for past few weeks my card has been declined without any reason.
