Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 26 May 2011(Ticket number (TIN): TD6R76994792) from Hyderabad to Ernakulam for dated 28 May 2011 that tckt amount was 1600/- Rs. and cancelled it on 27 May( tracking number is 5714798) due to some personal reason.

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 7 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

Why are you not refunding my cancellation amount tell me that reason. and my request to you please refund my money for good customer relationship. please give me response as soon as possible.
