[Resolved] Redbus — Non-reimbursement of amount | |||
Hi, I tried to book a ticket using the facility of redbus.in on 5th May, 2011. Money (Rs.450) was deducted from my account and the message said there is some technical problem and money will be reimbursed by 12th May, 2011. I have been following up with them through e-mail and phone (at Bangalore office) and they initially asked for screenshot of my bank statement and later kept on giving promise to pay back in 4-5days. Each and every time I am given the promise of reimbursement in 4-5 days time and nothing had worked out till now. Kindly guide me on what has to be done next. In 3rd June 2017 ..I booked 2 tickets from Srikalahasti to Narasaraopet... but technical issue tickets Not confirmed, And Rs.866 & Rs.734 debited my account..I got SMS fromred bus app..in next 5 to 7 working days amount will credit to your account.

Till date I am received these two amounts.
