Rediff Online Shopping — wrong delivery and improper after sale service

sir/madam
few months back i had ordered for a usb laptop cleaner from rediff.com which had a cd pack along with it which they claimed to be a free gift along with the order- for which they had taken a hidden charge..when i got the courier i found the product in a poorly packed condition and with the promised cd pack along with it missing. when i complained this to rediff.com all i get in return is an automated email saying your complaint has been registered and nothing else. this continued for 4 months and then i got fed up.

before this i had ordered a digital camera.though they had offered a 2 year warranty on the product, all i got along with it was a xerox of the operating manual with no bill or anything which said i bought the product.i really doubt from where these products come from..

the usb cleaner may not have cost me much, but i am someone who believes even a rupee got its value. more importantly, online shopping is the new trend and more and more people are opting for this convenient mode of shopping. thus more and more people are getting cheated. by this complaint i hope some solution for such problems arises and a body sprouts to control such sites and its dealers..

sorry i forgot to add on this data that the dealer was an Ojjas enterprises from Mumbai. i had tried to contacted the dealer but they were ignoring the calls and never preferred to respond. such people have an attitude that the customers wont come to claim for the complaints and is indeed taking advantage of the customers
the same happen with me also.

i purchase a multi purpose charger cost about 219 with shipping
and at the end i got a pack from courier and i paid 219 rupees,
bill above the pack is right that bill for 219 for multi charger, but when i have open the pack i found multi card reader, so bad it hurt me and from here i don't like to purchase any thing from rediff site,

i just ordered some chopper for kitchen purpose and multi purpose knife but i didnt get them till now luckily i agreed for the option of payment after delivery, but there are many people who pay by cards then whats the condition its really bad atleast they should give us some date of delivery
