DEAR SIR/MADAM, My name is M.PRAVEEN i placed order ref order no:7926915 i have received the product NOT AS DESCRIBEB ON THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PAGE.The blue dart courier executive/delivery boy handed me the product on 16th april 2013 at 9:10 pm.please register a complaint as i not received a right product that i have ordered.I have ordered for sharp airtyme Pv300 flaunt mobile instead i got sharp pv210 T-mobile sidekick.Mobile features are different and the price is very less. THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS NOT AS I DESCRIBED ON THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PAGE.PROVIDED ON THE TOP OF THE PARCEL COVER.IT IS TOTALLY FRAUD.Please resolve the problem either by arranging for replacement or refund by the seller. I have untouched/unused the product and i have product along with its original packaging with all the items included with product.please raise complaint regarding this problem and do the needful to resolve the problem. Rediff Online Shopping — Non replacement of Broken Home Theatre Speakers
I had ordered a Home Theatre Speakers on Rediff online shopping on Dec. 28, 2008. I not only received the product very late but when I got the product through courier, it was badly broken. I had placed a complaint through e-mail many a times but still they have neither responded to my complaint nor replaced the product.Rediff Online Shopping. — Supply of Items Other than Displayed.
Dear Sir,I've bought from Rediff Online Shopping Services, item Abercrombie & Fitch Formal Shirt, XL Size Order No: 5378658. But I was supplied with another item Gucci Formal Shirt, XL Size which is of inferior quality and was not the item displayed at the time of ordering. I've had a similar experience from the same website last year wen I purchased a toy and it was supplied with inferior product replaced in the torn original packing. Please see that this kind of fradulant activity is curbed.

Rediff Online Shopping — malesious memory card 2gb olympus
I HAVE BOUGHT ONE MEMORY CARD FROM REDIFF SHOPPING IN LAST NOV.2009 AND THAT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. I HAVE CONTACTED TO THE SELLER AS WELL TO THE REDIFF SHOPPING. THEY REPLYED TO SENT BACK AND WE WILL SEND A NEW CARD.I HAVE SENT THE CARD BY REGISTERDE POST.
TILL TODAY I AM WAITING FOR MY NEW CARD.
THE REDIFF SHOPPING SITE DOES NOT HAVE CUSTMOR CARE NO. AND THE SITE IS COMPLETELY FAILED TO SATISFYE MY COMPLAINT.
You may contact Mr. Javed or Mr. Vinesh on[protected] or 24449144 between 10 AM & 7 PM but don't expect much from them. They will raise their hand & will provide you non-working cell no. of seller. I too received cheap quality product & when I demanded to replace it, they have stopped responding.

Home Theatre — Non-replacement
Due to wrong product delivery against order no.3669782, delivered to JIM THOMSON at 568, Pocket -E, Mayur Vihar, New Delhi was taken back for replacement with the correct ordered product about 20 days back, within 7 working days.More than 20 days have elapsed, so far no information or replacement.This is pure cheating b y the seller though the rediff website for which rediff authorities are also responsible.
Please deliver the ordered item or refund the money already paid wthin three days, otherwise I have to move for legal action.
