i want to close my rediffmail account

Rediff.com — Not delivered

Sir,
I have purchased a small Bluetooth headset thru Rediff.com on 09/12/2009 and delivered to me on 15/12/2009 without charger and earloop. When I receved the item i found bluetooth is faulty. the very next day I sendback the item to the seller "Ojass enterprises Amazon thru ARAMEX courier Service and they received it on 17 Dec 2009 as per the docket no.[protected]. I have reported this matter to Rediff.com. They asked me to wait 7 days for replacement and unfortunately till today I did not receved the product. I have paid Rs.560/- online as Item No.5707601 the same day which i confirmed the product (ie 09/12/09).

Now i am contacting rediff.com since the last two weeks but I am not getting any reply even from Rediff or the seller.

I feel that it's a cheating from the seller Ojass Enterprises with the support of Rediff.com.

I wanted to solve this issue and remitt back my money which i paid for the item i mentioned above.

your cooperation shall be greatly appreciated.

am subhajit saha from bengal. am receiving some vulgar smses from rediff bol instant messenger to my mobile no. the unknown guy is disturbing me with his malicious intention. &due to it my daily life is getting hampered by these things. iwanna know how to track these person & lso to block those smses

I am Praveen , me and my 2 friends decided to developed social website to help poor/orphan student in study and patients to get blood to any blood group at any time.so as per planing we did serve, design, coding and testing and then we talked to rediff by mail and asked to help and guidance about your server basic information like port no. etc they told "we provides technical support 8am-8pm. you can contact between this time" and we purchased domain and webhosting from rediff.com on 17-july-2010 and got control panel with in week. initially they replied about aou quarries but sooner they stopped replying I mailed them more then 100 time but NO response. i called on their help line no some manish talked to me n told ok mail your quarry with subject "Attention Manish" I did but no response.and even i written in mail i'll go for consumer compliant but still no response till today 11/19/2010. we developed website before that with tripod that great.and during schooling also i launched website.i wrote my cimpliant here but i dont think anythng will happed. if anybody know what shoul i do please mail me.and tell also we to compliant.
