[Resolved]  Rediffmail Account — My Rediffmail account blocked

I forgot my password of [protected]@rediffmail.com. When i tried to retrieve password, I got a message like number of attemps for retrieving password is exhausted. Please reset the password and send it to [protected]@gmail.com

I have not open my id before 4 or 5 days due to some reasons that id contains lots of my personal documents and information. so I request you to please help me to open that id . my blocked id is sonythakur.[protected]@rediffmail.com, please give me information on arjun.[protected]@rediffmail.com or [protected].

Since yesterday I have tried many times to retrieve my email account but I have not been successful even with my correct username and password.
