cant access account

hi........... from last 2 weeks m unable 2 access my rediff account. n info i have shared for password recovery is unable to give me rediff access. last time it was shoeing rediffmail is under upgradation. i dono what kind f upgradation is this?????? pls help out....

From last 3 days i could not access my mail box
every time when i try to open the mail box the message is display like "Our servers are facing a temporary problem."

I can access my account but the folders are empty!!!??
