[Resolved]  Rediffmail — password recovery

I forget my password for my account

and when i try with forget password it is showing like
Number of attempts for retrieving the password is exhausted, , , So can you reset the password and send my password to [protected]@gmail.com

Please it is very important and urgent

You need to provide your rediffmail ID in order to get the Password reset Link in your Alt Email.

i am manger of bharti hexocam limited
and my rediff mail id is not open i have no alternative email id and i have not secqurity question so i cannot take new passward

Sir,
I'm an old time user of rediffmail. But recently I was asked to change my rediffmail password and I did. However I forgot the password. I tried to recover my forgotten password by visiting Password Help Assistance. However, the password help assistance only rigidly asks for the alternate email. Although I had submitted an alternate email id of another email service provider during sign up, however, the email provider had stopped providing service to the domain of email and does no longer exist. The rediffmail could either allow the customer to identify by asking the secret question, or by sending sms to the customer's mobile or can make a questionare of relevant details in the email. If Rediffmail wishes to continue providing help to the email users who had forgotten their password they may kindly look up the options for making the customers recover their password by not rigidly sticking to only one option but allowing some other alternative options to solve the problem.
