[Resolved] Rediffmail — unable to access my Rediffmail account | |||
I have been a regular user of Rediffmail for past 10 years[[protected]@rediffmail.com]. This week,on accessing Rediffmail Home Page, I was asked to RESET my settings. This included answering a hint question, and ADDING ANOTHER HINT QUESTION [MY OWN]. I was unable to key in the text in the box provided for the latter, despite several attempts, hence gave up. However, to my utter surprise, dismay and horror, I found that, when I tried to access my a/c, it said "Your login failed.This happens due to - Incorrect Username / Incorrect password.In case you have forgotten your password, click on forgot password on Rediff homepage. " On following susequent instructions, I came to a DEAD END - THE SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE ! Dear sir,
I have forgot my rediffmail password, my I'd is [protected]@rediffmail.com since last 10 years I am using this id, I have forgot my password so I went to forgot password and the enter by id the when entering the password its showing incorrect.i am having so much important documents with the id, forgot password asking for hint question and the alternative id also I m forgotten.so please help me sir in this regard.my alternative id is [protected]@yahoo.com.
Please do the needful to me.

Kindly send me a new password after resetting my account or send me a way to reset it on [protected]@gmail.com.

Password Recovery
I stopped using rediffmail for few days due to other e-mail accounts. After few days when I tried to login to my account I was not able to remember my password and when I was trying to retrieve my account I realized that I have forgotten the answer which I stored for the security question. Please, I want to recover my password anyhow. Please help me.
