[Resolved]  Rediffmail.com — password not reset and hint question are not working

sir.even by repeafed requests still password for my rediffmail is.nt reset which annoys me being a senior citizen the only choice is mobile, as done by google team, sir. will you do me the favour by resetting password for [protected]@rediffmail.com so that while waking up i can first check my oldest mail which keeps me sound mentally and physically, Sir i being a cancer surgeon should remain normal everyday till working for ailing humanity, regards.Dr, opneja krishan,

i forgot the password of my account "[protected]@rediffmail.com" i remember the hint question, alternative email ID...but it is not helping me reset the password...as it didnt send anything to my alternative mail too! m in trouble please help!

Dear Sir I Pankaj Kumar choudhary Have a account with Rediffmail.com Id is [protected]@rediffmail.com but i forgot my password and also hit question is not working.So kindly provide me a new Password and send it to [protected]@rediffmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com.
Kindly short out my problem because so many important doc. are inside the id.

my email id is achakraborty.[protected]@rediffmail.com. probably, I have forgotten my password of the said email id. kindly help me to open the same as early as possible.
