i faced auto restarting issues with my blackberry bold phone model 9900. i trusted redington (khar) with their 7 working days SLA and submitted my phone. when i recieved my same phone after more than 2 weeks, i tested right at the shop and faced same (restart) issue. I was told to submit my phone and come back after 7 working days. giveing another 2 weeks, i went to them, i was told that they havent recieved the phone, but i can take the replacement phones they have avialable with them. all phones shown to me were complete dissaster. they asked me to come in 2-3 days by which they would recieve an replacement phone. i went to them and this time they said that the company has send me a replacement phone but the phone's display was screwed. i left from disappointed and still waiting for them to give me a replacement phone. No amount of escalation works. i wish to sue redington.
