I had purchased a pair of shoes for my son on 5/10/11 from REEBOK Junior store at ROURKELA (Odisha). Within two months thin skin started coming out from backside. I could not come here to Rourkela for the complaint due to other urgencies. I stay in Angul (Odisha) about 250 km from ROURKELA, and I am a regular customer of REEBOK.

Today it was shocking for me when i went to the store in ROURKELA where they didnt acknowledge my complaint and it was realy shameful that they don't know customer service number. Yes, I admit that I have lost the bill but I have my bank statement copy to support evidence of my transaction.

Kindly look into my complaint and consider my case since your esteemed company has a great brand name. My son at an age of 9yrs is your customer.
